Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete a consultation form and enjoy a refreshment before your treatment. Before coming to your treatment, we strongly advise that you take into consideration the traffic status.

Arriving late for any reason may shorten your treatment, as we need to stay on schedule to accommodate other guests.

Please allow at least 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling of your reserved treatments. Any cancellations with less than 12-hour notice of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation charge. No-shows will be billed the full price.
